THE BEGINNING
Founded in 2020, REBLX brings an independent perspective to real estate, technology, and the arts. A shared ambition to create places where people can live, work, and connect sets the direction for the company’s next chapter.
WALLINGFORD
Wallingford was the first property acquisition in the REBLX portfolio, bringing 25 studios and retail space into the company’s growing vision. It connected housing and creativity in one place, setting a foundation for the projects that followed.
RECOGNITION
The Registry covered Wallingford’s renovation during the pandemic, reporting 100 percent occupancy. The story captured a turning point for the property and documented its transformation during a period of significant change for Seattle.
BELLTOWN
Belltown brought 49 studios and retail space into the REBLX portfolio, along with a 5,000-square-foot roof. The acquisition expanded its reach into another Seattle neighborhood, with room to bring urban living and creative spaces together.
CAPITOL HILL
A master lease added 39 studios in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood to the growing REBLX portfolio. The project extended its approach to studio living into a new setting, connecting housing and creativity with the surrounding community.
KENNYDALE
Kennydale added 120 studios to the REBLX property portfolio, marking a substantial step in scale. The larger residential community expanded the company’s footprint, with a focus on local partnerships and connections between residents.

Lloyd brings experience in commercial real estate, investment, and development to REBLX. An investor, operator, and community designer, he connects property repositioning with spaces for living and creating. His background includes commercial brokerage leadership, real estate studies at MIT, and board service with the Rental Housing Association of Washington.
